Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I was pulling my hair out trying to format an external drive for my Time Capsule without a Mac PC to format it for me. This method worked like a charm.

I want to use a single, external hard drive for both Windows and Mac.
I have half of the drive formatted as NTFS. The other half is unallocated.

Will the Paragon tool create a new HFS+ partition, using the unallocated space? Or is it only designed for converting between NTFS and HFS+?

By the way, I am aware that I can create a NTFS partition and convert it. I am also aware that I can use exFAT (which is compatible with both operating systems). But I would like clarification on whether or not the Paragon software can create a HFS+ partition from scratch.

    Thank you.

Thanks man it worked for me but the trick is getting the right page from the Paragon website to download Ester link given only takes you to the home page. I tried lot of different ways but they all failed. I'm surprised they make it so difficult.
