I want to buy a smart phone which has Calling facility, GPS, Alexa and a square dial in the same watch. Obviously the accuracy must be available. Can you suggest for which wach I should go.

Single light is okay based on the fact that a pulse oximeter has only one red light but shows both heart rate and spo2. And we see that most smart watched use green light for heart rate.

I think green light should be okay in fire boltt pulse oximeter. Just like how same engine works with gasoline and cng. Once you flip the switch in the car the ecu does the rest. Similarly a watch will be configured to either work in green light or red light, the algorithm will work accordingly.

Again I’m not an expert, but I remember back in the day Samsung had phones that could tell heart rate by keeping finger on the flashlight area and there was definitely no green light there which most watched use for heart rate sensing.

Also you can check accuracy, just borrow a regular pulse oximeter, run it along with the watch and see what the margin of difference between the two.

Apologies for the long read, i really need to go get a job 😂😂😂😂😂 ok bye 👋🏽
